My niece and nephew are travelling to Durban on Monday- as the Aunty - I wasn't aware that the kids have different surnames- this is a logical human error that could be made by anyone- But Kulula wont even change four letters Radebe / Kanene. I think your policy that a ticket that's been paid for is legally binding is nonsense utter nonsense- I'm happy to pay a penalty fee but come on.
