I am still waiting for feedback from 15 February

In 2012 July i was contacted by Yolande Minnie from QVC who suggested that i move my membership from QVC to LVC as there are better benefits there, which i agreed to. From then on I have been struggling to log on the the LVC website and when i asked her she took me from pillar to post. it got worse when she tried to help me but ended up transferring all my 53 points to the Tradeunipoint website. When i told her that i still cant see whats happening she stopped responding to my mails, I don't even know if she still works there. On 15 Feb i called the call centre and spoke to Gavin, who asked me to send him all my email conversation with Yolandie, promising to investigate and get back to me. I have written him tWo more follow up mails, to no success. I called two weeks back and spoke to Juliet, who promised to get Gavin to call me asap, but that has not taken place. Their enquiry email address keeps on sending back no reply messages acknowldeging my emails but nobody cares to call me back. WHAT MUST I DO? Every month i pay R1190.12 for this membership but i can't even book a holiday. i need my points removed from Tradeunipoint and loaded to LVC, HOW DIFFICULT CAN THAT BE???
