Conned by Flexi Club into buying more useless

When on a weekend breakaway at Magalies I was approached by Charmane Jawahir asking me if I don't want to buy extra points, I would then qualify for her to become my agent. I told her I want nothing to do with Flexi Club, and I told her I want to get rid of my membership! She said that if I buy the points she becomes my agent and promised to sell my membership. She said she would not have a problem selling my membership. I wanted to know how long it would take and she said two to three months at the longest five. I signed for the new points and immediately signed a sole mandate form allowing her to sell my membership. After that I never heard from her again, I contacted her on her cell phone but got remarks like I'm not in the office will phone you back, which she never did. I sent her a email, no response from her. I phoned her again asking her if she received my email and she told me they had "problems" with their email.
This is how I feel at the moment. I quote - I H.G. have been conned by Flexi Club into buying more useless points!!! I can't pay for something I don't need and afford anymore. I have stopped paying because I can't afford it. Please somebody give me advise.
