Travel start has terrible service

I have been trying to make a booking for a flight for & days now and i have eventually lost my patience!!

Tried for hours to do inline bookings for 3 days and the response kept coming up saying 'the airline cant confirm your booking, " or something along those lines. This lead me to calling customer service where I booked return flights from capetown to JHB which took forever to complete as well. Payment was done from an account with more than the required funds, but only one of the flights was booked. We have sent 3 emails trying to resolve the issue of the unbooked flight and this lead me to call the call center again where i now waited waited for 15 minutes on hold then to me delight was put back on hold for 40 minutes!!! Still in the same place and i will never ever book a flight through travel smart again... From my personal experience I would advise anyone else to do the same...

Has been a shocking level of service and still my problem is unresolved!!!
