Refund due since 2009

In 2009 I did a group booking to Asia through Christa Bothma then at Epsom down for 10 people. Two people couldn't make it and cancellation was done over a month before departure. Christa told me that R30 000.00 out of R40 000.00 will be refunded with R10 000.00 being forfeited for whatever reason which I agreed to. She further said that the refunds can take up to 6months.

It's nearly 4years now and after numerous visits and calls to both Christa Bothma and Flight Centre with no luck, I'm not sure what to do next. I went to Epsom Downs a few times and everytime there was a new manager who had to start all over and investigate this transaction and struggled to get any help from Christa.

I've ran out of options after I went to Epsom Downs a few weeks ago and realised that they've relocated. This is so unfair because Flight Centre owns me about R30 000.00 and haven't bothered giving me an update on what's happening on this transaction. Christa moved to corporate account and never bothered on following up on my refund.
