I responded to a add in junkmail for a person to assist me in the e-filing of my small business. Celeste Els then contacted me and referred me to Christa Hoole [Email Removed] who will assist me. I then forwarded my request and the detail thereof to Christa. I was then asked after few days to make a payment, and I did. The return I received was not the product needed. I then contacted them both of them to fix this problem. Lots of promises and nothing happens. After long period of time Christa replied and informed me that she was in hospital and that she will do this within a few days. Then excuses, excuses, that she did mail it, and I receive nothing. She said that she mailed it a few times and tried to fax it, nothing happened. Months down the line and I still did not receive the documents to submit to SARS. I mailed them on various occasions, phone and left messages. No reply, no respond and does not answer calls.
