The purpose of this is to warn other people about Christa at monarch rentals and the owner of the property at 128 Bonnes in Lakefield.
They are charging me for a ceiling that was previously damaged and a door knob.
I agreed to pay for the door knob but the ceiling was damaged and the previous tenant had to have it repaired. I am now being charged for it and the future tenant will no doubt be charged for it.
Christa says that she is under no obligation to provide me with a breakdown of the costs and they charge a minimum call out fee irrespective of what the repair work entails. So in other words I just have to pay irrespective of what they charge and they are under no obligation to provide something indicating what I am being charged for.
Anybody wanting to rent 128 Bonness in Lakefield you can be sure that you will get ripped off by the owner and Christa at monarch rentals will enforce this upon you.
