Three times in a row, we've used the drive-through facility with the KFC Epsom Downs branch only to discover that some items, paid for, have not been packed in the bag.
I have left numerous messages on the number portrayed on their website for this branch and no one has returned my call. I have also used the central KFC website 'contact us' facility and still, no contact 3 weeks later.
The fact that this has occurred three times in a row makes me wonder if this is not happening on purpose. The fact that no one is bothering to get back to me after numerous attempts on my side, makes me furious.
