I needed to update my SAA Voyager details as both my email and mobile number have changed. I have phoned, emailed support, emailed a manager, jumped through all the hoops - and 3 months later have made absolutely NO progress. Palesa Ndluzela has certainly received and opened my emails, but nothing has happened. They have not once got back to me as promised after every conversation, and they are brilliant at protecting their seniors. How does one just get the basics done when they refuse to do it? An exceptionally frustrating and unpleasant experience with no resolution in sight.
