I am sure by now everyone flying down to Cape Town with their bicycles should have received an e-mail regarding a additional R300 handling fee per airport for your bike
i think this is a bit short notice to us as customers even on your website it says no charges on bike handling, so you as many others out there is also taking a bite from our poor cyclists pie!!
The reason i make use of Kulula is mainly for the cheap airflight rates but adding an additional R600 freekin handling fee per cyclists for the Argus is absolutely day light and you should be ashame of yourselves for something like this - in the future i will make very sure that i never ever make use of Kulula/Comair ever again!!!
