As many other Argus riders i am disgusted with the way that Kulula decided to charge the riders an extra R600 for a round trip to Cape town for our bicycles.
Please do not copy and paste your response as you did with the other complaints.
It is extremely bad taste to tell somebody a month in advance that they should pay R600 extra for their return flight?? This is due to the incompetence of Kulula and should have been inforced in 2014 if they felt like their "procedure" needed an upgrade. Not one month before the Argus.
The fact that you knew that all these people booked and paid their tickets and you KNEW that they had no other choice than to pay the R600 is extremely bad taste and you are nothing less than a bunch of criminals money!!
Kulula has always had extra kg's for sport equipment and that is the reason why we chose Kulula. If i get on the plane now with my golf bag i will not pay extra, and my golf bag weighs more than my bike?
You are dishonest and were only looking for a way to make a quick buck.
I paid my R600 (x4 people) because your short term notice didn't give us enough time to make other arrangements
You will not see my company again on your flights!!!
