My last experience with kulula, I swore never to fly with the airline again. I have since used mango or 1time and had very pleasant experiences.
I have now chosen to fly kulula down to the cape for the argus. I was firstly shocked by the bike procedure, maybe get some tips from Mango.
Now I am at the airport only to hear the flight is delayed by an hour, last time I flew similar story. Maybe the plane is late because they needed to pick Trevor Noah up for a new marketing campaign.
Kulula will never get my business again, I will rather pay a premium and receive professional service.
