Kulula is not as comitted to service as they say

I am riding the cape Argus. Kulula has a special arrangement around the Argus for bicycles to be transported at an extra fee of R300 per bike. your bike does not travel with you on the same flight. it is booked in and send on any flights they have space available i guess either after or before the passenger flight. your bike is either booked in with you on the same day as your flight or you may bring it earlier and book it in so that it is al waiting for you when you land in Cape town. This is all good and i understand why they do it like that, but what upsets me is that my situation is different than most other passengers. First of all, i stay in Potchefstroom. To take my bike to the airport on another day will be an extra trip of 200km there and back which means extra time and money spent. Secondly, i ride the road and mountain bike race. my ticket is booked for friday 28 FEB, and the mountain bike race is on Sunday 2 MAR. i need my bike with me that sunday in cape town or iwon't be able to ride even though i entered into the race. i phoned the help desk twice and they dont seem to care to try find a way to help me, said they cant garentee my bike to be there when i land
