Cancellation of contract

I have joined Quality Vacation Club in 2010 April/May with the promise of me getting hoilday vacations in South Africa and Abroad, i have been paying approximately R2100 a month since inception but could not get any holiday booking out of the system. We had to pay out of our pockets to go on holiday and still pay their monthly instalment. When we complained we could not get help as there was no one coming backing to us. Then we took a decision to stop the debit orders then we got threats of being listed. The last blow was when we needed to go overseas in July 2012 and we make a booking in January and they said they did not have resorts overseas, which was something that made us take their offer as it was going to make things easier when we book. It got to a point of us going to their offices to request a meeting of the cancellation, we did not get to any assistance as they said it was a contractual obligation hence they were not delivering what they promised. Their collectors kept on sending letters of demand and there are two of them that are working for the same company but their stories are not the same.
