A request was sent to QVC to cancel my holiday club (LQVC 58473/3/4). After numerous telephone calls to the call centre I had to submit documentation as proof for the cancellation. I phoned again to investigate how far the cancellation process is and apparently they required more documentation to proceed with the request. These required documents were submitted originally. After numerous calls once again I received a letter in the post stating that I can afford my holiday club. According to their accountants I received a detail summary of my expenses as well as my income. A pay slip was submitted as part of the original requested documents and according to them I earn R22 000 per month which is not true. According to the law after 5 years the holiday club can be cancelled. I wish to cancel my holiday club as I do not use it and can not afford it. Could you please assist me with this request.
