Since inception of this vacation club in 2005 we have only once been able to use this facility. Despite yearly ATTEMPTS and much frustration we have been unable to make any suitable vacation booking with QVC whether phoning a year in advance or any time thereafter. What was promised has not been delivered and they have accordingly failed to comply with the Consumer Rights. Despite emails sent, no reply and no one ever phones us back but yet representatives keep phoning us encouraging us to purchase more points "what a chick" We want our funds back failing which our intentions are to hand this matter over to our attorneys as enough is ENOUGH
