The call centre at Kulula kept me on hold for about 15 minutes in total tellinig me that they can't get through to the refunds department. They Supervisor Franscois who i previous gave a compliment seems to have deserted Kulula. He promised me that the refund will take a matter of weeks because it is a special case and it has been 6 weeks thus far. That is absolutely ridiculous. If i had left this, i would have surely not received any money. Nicholas Mtyia is currently working on my issue now. Even though i had to repeat the issue twice with him, i hope he sorts this out. I waited too long, i WANT MY REFUND TODAY!!!
