On 22nd August, a reservation was made for 2 x pax CT to JHB but before the transaction could be completed, the computer system crashed. no message was received from Kulula, in the absence of which, it was assumed that the original transaction had been aborted. on the 24th August, the reservation was completed, same passengers, same date, same route. however, two messages were received from kulula confirming both reservations. kulula were notified, one reservation was cancelled and assurance was given that a credit would be processed but "this could take 6 weeks to process"!!! in this day and age on a computer system!!!
after 5 weeks, kulula were contacted and the assurance was given that the credit would be processed. It is now 8 weeks after the event and still no refund has been processed!!! kulula are keeping MY money for 8 weeks and earning interest on it.
