My luggage was lost between Johannesburg and George on 8 February 2013 - after several phone calls and emails from me, and several promises and non delivery from them, my luggage has now been missing 3 months - claim not processed, no feedback on status. The service is not even pathetic - it is just non existent - no wonder they are constantly running at a loss!
