Tragedy struck and people have been murdered.
We phoned the Kulula contact centre to cancel the tickets and inform them that the passengers will not be flying anymore.
They said there will be no issues and they will refund us in full.
They sent a refund claim form, which we returned to them with the death certificates.
This calling and mailing has now been going on since 31 October 2013... it is now 25 November 2013.
No refund!
No feedback!
Kulula/ Megan/ Refunds... you have ALL the documents you wanted!
What happened to your promise now all of a sudden?!
