My daughter was on her way to EL with Translux - they suppose to leave @ 6:30 AM but the bus was delayed till 9:30AM. and then from 11:00AM, 10kms out of Port Shep stone they were parked and waiting for a mechanic to bring fuel as they had bus left the Durban Station in hurry due to the delay. My child & the other passengers had to sit in the heat wid no water or shops nearby to purchase food or water is this service delivery - Translux is supposedly such a well respected company is this how they treat their clientele!! I have tried phoning Translux customer care with no joy eventually phoned their call centre and left my contact details for them to call me - obviously I'm still waiting!!
