I have been traveling with translux almost every weekend for the past 2years. Never have I experienced this ever. The bus was suppose to pick me up @4 in the morning and it only arrived @6:30. A whole 2 and a half hours later. No attendant even informed me about this. I would have made alternative plans instead of waiting @th bus stop from 3:30 in the morning. I got onto the bus to proceed with my trip and after realising the refreshment packs had been given out there was not any left for me. They know how many people are suppose to get on the bus and each person does get. With wanting to use the loo, the floor was soaking wet and the hostess didn't even bother to have a look at the filthy toilet. I have never asked for a refund from translux but. I am so dissapointed in this service.
