I am shocked and disappointed to be writing this letter to you again today I had the worst customer service experience of my life.
I am sure this treatment is not a regular occurrence, but that doesn't change the fact that I was subjected to it.
Please take steps to ensure that this employee and co-workers know that these actions were not in line with your company's values and policies. Additionally, I would like you to please follow up and find out where my brother's luggage is, as said in the first mail sent to you 12 January 2013, and where can his luggage can be collect, he has no other clothing accept the clothes that he had on
