I did a booking online on the 6th of February for return flights from PE to Durban. I chose the 21 March 2013 returning 7 April 2013. I went through the whole procedure and entered my credit card and paid. At the end when my confirmation came up it showed 28th March instead of 21 March. I know that somewhere along the line i probably messed up and I accept that, but I called the help line not more than 5 minutes later to rectify the error and I was billed R342.00 for date change.
I mean really, come on guys. Don't you think that is a bit steep. It's not like I changed a day before the flight or something. To top it all, the call centre operator tried to sell me insurance on top of that. Screwing me out of R342.00 wasn't enough?
