I called in at 07h00 this morning to amend a flight booking. Lindsay was extremely helpful with changing the flights. On processing the credit card provided, the changes to the BA booking were not updating immediately. Lindsay undertook to contact me telephonically to advise once all had gone through properly. I saw a missed call from a Cape Town number shortly afterwards (whilst I was driving) but when I got to the office the updated etickets had come through and I assumed everything was correct.
Lindsay however still kept to her word and has just contacted me to ensure that everything is in order and that the e-tickets were received.
Thank you Lindsay for showing that Kulula staff DO care about their passengers.
