I book two flights from Durban to OR Tambo return, 2 hours later I got confirmation that we will not be able to return so early and we have to leave on the next flight. I gave my booking number to Junade which then informed me that it will cost R342.00 per flight to change the time, I was not told that when I booked the flight tickets. My flight is booked 3 weeks in advance. I explained the situation to Junade and she said she will come back to me after she had listen to the recordings, however when she came back to me she said she cannot locate the recording and I have no choice but to pay The R 684.00 for the change in flights, I then told her I am not willing to pay that. She then got Shani to call me which made it very clear that I need to give them the name of the person I spoke to, I told her that I have a booking number and had spoken to more than one person, She was very rude and not willing to help me. I find their call centres attitude appalling.
