I wanted to book a holiday in December at Bonamanzi Adventures campsite. I had until 28 September 12h01 to confirm the booking enquiry and pay the deposit.By 11h18 I was told the dates were no longer available even though I was still sorting out the details with the agent at Bonamanzi Adventures.
