We have been paying our easy holiday subs for the past 3 or maybe even 4 years now and whenever a booking enquiry was done, there was either no availability or our points were insufficient to cover the accomodation we wanted to book at. We recently received a call from a sales consultant offering or explaining that with more points should we upgrade it will be easier to obtain accomodation (subject to enquiring early in the year). well! to no surprise, i submit a booking enquiry for 2 occassions/times for 2013 and guess what! a response received with dates that does not correspond in anyway to the dates i stipulated and ONLY ONE of the 2 occassion are even mentioned in the response, oh and further to that, i recommendation that we log onto the website to check for availability with the website details provided.
To pay for -3 or 4 years with no default to payment and to receive this pathetic feedback or response and yet again pay for a holiday when i could be saving the R1200 every month towards our accomodation at the end of the year, is no surprise! False offerings by sales agents and no assistance by booking staff! WHATS NEW!
