Almost a year. No compensation on lost luggage

I traveled from South Africa to Kenya Via Kigali and my luggage disappeared from OR Tambo International Airport. I was offered peanuts and i refused because what was in my 13 kg bad was worth more than what they offered. Since the 21. December. 2012 till now no compensation, it just went silent because i refused the offer.
RwandAir, I am disappointed and as a company you should pull up your socks because your there is something wrong. Someone is sleeping on their job.
