I booked accommodation on safari com website but had to cancel. I cancelled with the establishment. The provider of accommodation made an undertaking to refund me the money paid. A month later there was no refund so I sent an email to safari com to enquire. Ronelle called me and explained that they we not aware of the cancellation. She proceeded to secure the refund. I was mostly impressed by the great attitude and the fact that she gave constant updates of the process right up until when the money was refunded.
