KULULA was called. My details personal details given and my travels plans was emailed to a 3rd party other than me. Surely when someone calls in for information on another persons travels details especially when it is in the past and you a querying whether someone some has travelled to a certain destination, the alarms bells should ring. My information emailed to another email address other than the one on the system.
This proves that there is no confidentiality for me as a customer. Spoke to Dawn Newman at call centre, awaiting feedback from her tomorrow on how and why was this allowed. I expect a copy of the recording of the conversation that took place between the call centre agent and the 3rd party.
This is in breach of my rights as an individual to have my personal information kept private.
