I booked the chapel in November 2013 for used in April 2014 and also made payment. I changed my mind and requested a refund from Ingrid via email. I did not get a response for a week after which I decided to call. The receptionist that answered was not only incompetent she proved to be very rude. After a long unpleasant conversation she confirmed that Ingrid was still on leave.
On her return Ingrid (who by the way cannot be faulted on her professionalism) promised me to refund R400 of the R600 initially paid withing 48 hours as per policy. This was on 21 January 2014. It is now 3rd February 2014. Still no sight of my money
