I requested a quote for a holiday via the STA Travel Website. I supplied all the relevant information and gave a detailed description of the package I was looking for.
It took "Ana" two days to respond, only to ask for the same information which I had already provided clearly via the website, such as "all inclusive" and "dates not flexible" as well ask questions which really are not relevant to providing a quote such as "Have you received a Yellow Fever Vaccination within the past 10 years? "
After providing Ana with this information AGAIN, I have still had no response. It's now been a full working week.
Please can you 1. Actually READ AND UNDERSTAND queries that come in via the website. 2. IMPROVE the sloppy response time.
