I have used SafariNow for a whole lot of travel bookings as I find them very efficient.
I booked a trip for 4 to Mozambique in December 2013 with SafariNow.
They sent us a quote for the house we booked and we paid a deposit. Upon looking at the quote again, I saw that we were charged R16800 for a 2 week stay. According to SafariNow, the house is R900 per unit per day, which adds up to R13500 for the time we booked for.
I have asked SafariNow about this but have not had ANY kind of response from them. I have sent the mail with my query to them about 4 times.
What is going on, SafariNow??? Is it THAT difficult to get back to me???
