Poor response. no customer satisfaction

I purchase a bus ticket for sunday 26 january 2014 10:55 am. I arrived just before that and waited at the n1 midrand. No bus came the office was closed due. I called in to customer care and had no feedback or response. I have called in so many places but nothing at all. I had no option but to purchase another for the monday 27 january 2014. I arrived at the n1 the bus did arrive. I spoke to the manager at the n1 and his response was I can get a refund at the durban station due to they don't have cash at the midrand. As I did get to durban I asked about the refund and was refused. I was given the durban manager number to call. I have no answer after many calls. not one call has been logged in nor have any response. I am trying to get a refund or a voucher and its been so hard that I had to approach hello peter to assist. I have made calls again on tuesday and still have no response. Please assist. My ticket reference is nwk956. My name is k moodley.
