Please refer to ticket number RL7797023 purchased by my son, for a trip dated 15th September 2013, the return trip was due to leave at 2pm. When he got to the Durban Station at 1.15pm to book in, he was asked by the lady behind the counter if he hadn't received a call which he said no to and that is why he was there. The lady said that the 2pm bus left at 11am. He then asked for a refund which she said she is unable to process without a manager being present. He asked for the manager's Telephone number which she said she cannot give out or either give a refund. It was such a wasted trip travelling from Umzinto and he had to wait until the next bus departure.my son then had to buy another ticket for R250.00 on the Translux for a much later time - 10pm. This is such an inconvenience as he had to work on Monday morning. He called the Callcentre when he got back on the 16th September after work at 6pm requesting a refund and was informed that they can reschedule and not refund. He then called the Callcentre again on the 22nd September requesting a refund again and was given the same answer.
