Good Day,

I have never in my life waited this long for a response to a question before.

I sent an email via your website asking about being sent a price list for the restaurant and whether or not we had to book. The email was sent on the 16 of January. My husband was looking to take his team of about 30 people there for a team-building breakfast buffet.

I only got a response on the 25 of January asking which branch I wanted to use. I replied asking for Midrand about 10 seconds after I got her reply.

She then only replied to her Midrand team on the 28 of January asking them to assist me.

It is the 4 of February and I still haven't had a response.

Please know that this kind of service is pathetic and my husband, his company and anybody else we know will never make use of Protea Hotels and any of their services in future.
