Azlin phoned me for a reservation enquiry and I complained about Safari paying the monies owing to me in the incorrect account. It had been changed in April 2013 and now since December they have being paying it into the wrong account.
He handled the complaint very professional, in a jiffy a form was mailed to me to fill out the correct details and he phoned me back to say that it was changed on the system.
