I'll like to report the bad service I had with the Durban branch in Durban station, I have booked a ticket ion Sunday 2013-2-24 for 22:00 from DBN to JHB, I had problems then I missed my bus, I try call them since Friday then getting the way forward about this if can change the date or get refund, they said I must call back at 14:30 to speak to manager, I'm not sure why *confused customer * I called again and the manager gave me attitude saying the will be no refund or exchange I will lose my R220 .. I'm very angry and disappointment about this and I'm prepaid to take action about this u can do this 2 your customer u did to wrong one this time. i want my money back or exchange the date that will suit me.
