Computicket did not deliver after ticket was paid

I had booked a ticket on Computicket for the show Dancers Love Dogs show on Saturday evening at the Promusica Theatre in Roodepoort. On my first trip to Checkers on Saturday to retrieve my ticket, the lady behind the counter tells me that there were no tickets allocated for my credit card. I drove all the way home to print out the ticket confirmation message received with the reference number and drove all the way back to Checkers and stood in the long queue again. When I eventually got in front of the teller lady again, she tells me that my reference number No. 3SKGSJ2 was invalid. She phoned Computicket who informed her that I could collect my ticket at the theatre, even when it clearly stated in red bold letters on the confirmation email that tickets could not be collected at the theatre. I was very anxious, but went to the show with only my email confirmation only to be told by the organiser that there were no tickets at the venue but if I knew my seat number, which I did, that she was happy to let me in to the theatre to take my seat. The only problem was, there was someone else sitting in the seat, and they had a ticket for that seat so I had NO seat.
