The Ticket You CANNOT Trust

I booked 4 tickets from Computicket at Checkers, Westgate for my friends and I, on 11 December 2012, for a play called "Potted Potter" and paid R1000. I booked for the Pieter Toerien Theatre at Monte Casino for 18 January 2013. I then heard on the radio that the play had ended, but we hadn't gone to see it yet. I checked my tickets and realised that they were for the Pieter Toerien Theatre on the Bay, in Cape Town. The woman that sold me the tickets had made a mistake. We informed Computicket by phoning the call centre and we were told that they weren't prepared to refund the money. We visited the Computicket Head Office, in Victory Park and asked for the complaints/customer relations person however, we ended up speaking to the same man that we spoke to on the phone. He refused to allow us access to the woman who deals with nationwide complaints, but stated that she told him that they would not refund us. We asked for her direct email address to explain our problem and were refused. We asked for other tickets or a voucher instead as compensation and they refused that too. Computicket are refusing to take responsibility for the error made by someone acting on their behalf.
