Myself and my husband took the citiliner bus to Cape Town but it was the most nerve wrecking trip ever! The driver drove over a few red traffic lights, drifted at some stages and forced motorcyclist and cars off the road. And not even talking about the state the bus was in. The air was turned off at night while it was really hot, the roof was leaking and the poor passengers in the front just had to deal with it. When we finally reached Belville 3 hours later as was determined, the driver refused to open the trailer so we could get our luggage. Luckily we were a group of about 10 people and refused to get back on the bus, so after arguing for 15 minutes they finally opened the trailer and we jumped in to get all our bags. I would not recommend this bus to any one, can't really complain about the service because there was none. Hopefully somethig will be done to get these wreck less drivers off the roads.
