I have taken a membership with flexi club on december 2012 I took it because of the promises they promised me one of them was that when I start making bookings I wont pay anything but I will be using my points which they gave to me, to my surprise I tried to make a booking this year on june month I was told to pay a booking fee. now I tried to cancel several times they tell me that I cannot cancel. what is the use of keeping something that does not work for me. pleas help me now they threaten to take me to itc. I don't what the membership anymore I cannot afford to pay .since I started to pay I haven't make any booking so I want my money back and they must cancel this membership because they promise people
