I was told by the sales rep. That I could use whatever points I got to book a holiday. I tried for weeks to register on their'e website so I could started booking a holiday. When I eventually got my member number and tried to book a holiday I found out that I still had to fork out Thousands of Rands with my points to book a holiday. I notified the revelant people and let them know that I wanted to cancel my contract as well as a refund on my deposit as this is not what I agreed on I was told I should have cancelled within 5 days and it was not possible for me to cancel the "lease " agreement. If I had received my member number within 5 days then this is exactly what I would have done. This people are all a bunch of and I would advise anyone not to sign up for anything with these people.
