Every year I am told that my QVC holiday points have expired.
This year I have 200 points which I need to use to make bookings before 31 December 2013.
I have requested for a password reset 3 times now. Now I can't make any bookings because I have no internet access...i have even tried re-registering a new profile. Yet:
1-When I phone I have to hold on for more than 15 minutes or no one answers
2-No one phones you back
3-No responses to emails except useless auto responses with reference numbers
4-Reference numbers are not followed up or resolved
Then next year I will be told my points expired- yet I have tried everything within my power to use the points to make a booking and this is my final, frustrated and desperate last resort.
Please please help me to make a booking any booking whatsoever:

Please note I hereby authorise you to make 2 bookings anytime in any resorts for me using 200 of my qvc points for a full week 5 sleeper.
This is to use my points then I can bank the weeks with DAE or Trade Uni-point next year.
