RE: Airfrance flight AF990 delayed caused me to have to book new ticket (Reference number - 2FNMJY) at extra cost to me.

My son (aged 17 years old) flew in from Paris on Airfrance AF990 on Saturday the 30th and was suppose to land at 11:00, his flight was delayed with over two hours resulting in a conflict with his next flight (Mango airlines - JE 541 heading Port Elizabeth), We were in a deep panic as we could not get hold of any consultant or personnel at Air france on Saturday resulting in us booking another flight with British Airways (BA 6237 heading Port Elizabeth) later for that afternoon,
We paid for that flight from our credit card and feel that this should be refunded as this was totally out of our hands and very unprofessional from Air France that no one from AF can be reached at O.R.Tambo on a weekend, or even replyed on my email
