Last week I said in my email that I'm going to resort to this website if I'm not satisfied with the answers to my query.
It takes a week to get a single reply!
I'm battling for 3 weeks now to find out regarding my so called Bonus finites, 10 per year. I'm trying to find out why I have not received my 2012 & 2013 finites, but I did receive my 2014. The answer: "We have not loaded the 2012 or 2013 finites, the reason being is that you have a 2 year window period in which you can utilize your notes. The 2012 has already passed with the 2 year window period and the only notes that will be valid to use is the 2013 and 2014 notes."
If I did not start querying this, would I have lost my 2014 as well? This is part of my contract, of which I have emailed to you! Why should I have to battle with this??
Also, there is no way to get through on the call center! There is no way I can hold 20 min. I tried twice and gave up. I've requested in some emails that I'd be called, which was ignored!
Lastly, I'm trying to cancel some incorrectly placed bookings. Is there no way I can manage this from the website? Or should I have to wait a week for correspondence@oaks to cancel these?
