I am a Member of The Holiday Club. There is never any available Holiday resorts that I pick. I had some point exp. and had to book urgently on the31 st of December. But when I got thru and spoke to one of the ladies she was extremely inpatient and in the result booking the wrong dates for me so now what do I do. As I have Wedding on the weekend that they have booked me in from. I received my conformation email I would have noticed it. I'm am now loosing those points as a result of incompetent help.
