DQ Track needs to Employee Tracker Technicians

I used to have Tracker installed in my vehicles. When I moved over to Discovery Insure I had to install their DQ Track system.

Apart from the DQ Track being faulty & having to be replaced more than once; not picking up all the trips on my logbook previously, their Business Private Report is a joke compared to tracker.

1. If I try to generate a business / private report for a period of say 6 mths or 12 mths, which I require for SARS, then it takes about 20 minutes to attempt to generate the report and then times out. Even DQ Track Call Centre experiences the same problem. Now they actually have to escalate the problem. What a joke. They asked me to call back within the hour to see if the problem had been rectified??

2. On Tracker, when you put your notes in, the log book actually saves your notes for that particular address which means that you don't have to keep putting the same notes in week after week. I have an EXTENSIVE log book and every week I have to waste time copying the same notes in.

Every time I bring this up I am advised by the Call Centre that they know their system isn't good and that they are working on it. Its been over a year since I've been hearing
