My life has been a nightmare since i joined this group. i have been told that i did not pay for my 2013 services. i did email my proof of payment to them and i have been told the query will be escalated to the admin department. it has been almost 4 weeks that i am waiting for feedback and in between my waiting period, they still have a nerve to call me, do you guys not put notes on the system, and when i called to enquire about my query i was told they have lots of queries, really!!! and guess what they still called me today wanting me to pay for 2014 services and they still told me that i owe for 2013, incompetency
